Bask in all the scenery has to offer on the front balcony which provides the perfect vantage point to overlook one of Queensland’s best patrolled beaches, Kings Beach. Located perfectly between some scrumptious cafes and restaurants.. our favourite being Coffee Cat which serves outstanding food and award winning coffee, right on the sands edge.  If shopping is more your forte, just 2 minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from, and just a little further on, the famous Caloundra RSL. Beautifully styled with a modern interior, this property is fully equipped for the perfect getaway. Air- conditioning provides another bonus feature for the warmer temperatures throughout the year plus remote fans for extra breeze. The master bedroom has a queen bed and lovely ensuite for privacy whilst the 2 nd  bedroom offers two generous singles, with it’s own back balcony access.
