This is your home away from home for short or medium term rental accommodation. Our townhouses offer executive and family friendly accommodation with easy access to the Perth CBD, cafes, shopping areas, beaches, very quite, surrounded by parks.
I am Rose. I love working with people who are coming from all over the world.
These two 2-bedroomtownhouses and a studio are settled in a very quite, family oriented area, surrounded by parks, but very centrally located and close to all attractions: cafes, restaurants, CBD, beaches, Swan River, beautiful Kings Park, playgrounds for children, sport's playgrounds, good bicycle passes, hospitals, UWA, primary School and day care. Local shopping Centre is 10 min walk. There is a local supermarket working from 7:00am - 9:00pm, bakery, coffee shop, pizzeria, Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, French restaurant, Chemist, Post Office, and couple more things interesting to you as a guest. There are lot of outdoor activities in the area: outdoor movies, sport's playgrounds, concerts in the open during the summer time, local market on Saturdays and many more other attractions.

Park Vista Executive accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required when you book. That's about 194.76USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate bachelorette/bachelor or similar parties.
