Great views, quiet location yet about 45 min drive to Hobart. 15 min drive to nearest supermarket (IGA in town of Snug). Fresh bread in bread machine awaiting our arrival! Apart from wood fire, there were enough portable electric heaters and electric heated bedding to keep us cozy at night. Owners also responded fast over messaging.

Very cosy place with a nice view of Bruny. Breakfast first morning was a nice touch. Everything worked and access to the surrounding area was good as we managed to go across to Huonville one day and Bruny the next

Everything was perfect. From the complementary breakfast full of fresh and local ingredients to walking in on a rainy day with the fireplace already stacked ready to go and a fresh baked loaf of bread warm and waiting for us to enjoy. Very clean and superb view overlooking bruny island. We even had a wallaby visitor on the driveway! The fact it was so environmentally conscious was also a huge plus to me. The hosts were easily contactable if needed but they left you with everything you could possibly need. Including Snacks and plenty of wine choices.

  • hi, are you able to provide a cot for an infant <12 months old? thanks
    We certainly encourage guests to let us know if they have infants so we can provide a portacot. Infants under 12 months are free of charge in our cots.

    The two apartments both have quite a lot of stairs. Unfortunately may be difficult for someone with mobility impairment.
