Property info

This is where my puppy “Jarvis” and I called home before we moved away. It is a one bedroom apartment located in the centre of South Brisbane. The couch can be made into another Queen bed; main bed can be split into two singles (must request prior, extra charges apply). Unfortunately no parking spot available. Managed by Finespot, our cleaners are thorough but only human. Cleaning issues found on check-in? We will re-attend until satisfaction. No chores list for you on check-out.

Neighborhood info

24/7 Asian supermarket downstairs (yes, 24/7). Lune Croissanterie is about 2mins walk (7:30am to 3pm); I’m obsessed with their croissants! Messina ice cream is 2mins walk (please don’t get me started… just YUM!) Harris Farm Markets, Coles, Woolworths are all about 10mins walk. Black Star Coffee is about 15mins walk. I cannot recommend enough eating places nearby… You can walk from here to South Bank Parklands, it’s about 15mins; or even to the City, which will take about 20mins (or 10mins on the scooter). Doggy park: there’s one along the river which is a smaller gated one. Although many of the nearby residents tend to gather in Musgrave Park; naughty but nice. Unfortunately I don’t have any parking. You probably won’t need one when living in this unit either.
