    We have unlimited WiFi for guests. Also Fetchbox for Netflix, Stan, YouTube and Catchup Free TV. Lots of choices. Enjoy nature and technology at the same time.

  • Hello David and Hilary, I was wondering if this house had any nights available in the school holidays between 4/7 to 15/7. It is for 2 adults and 3 children with the possibility of it changing it to 3 adults and 5 children. Cheers Hayley Bradley

  • Hi, I saw that Selwyn snow resort is closed this year, where would be your suggestion to go to experience the snow?
    It depends what you mean by experiencing snow. If you want to ski or snowboard then Perisher or Thredbo. Stay Jindabyne. If you want snow experience, toboggan, snow play and snowman then Pether Cottage is great. Hire gear from Talbingo goPlayoutside.

    Currently there is no WiFi. We do have Foxtel. Currently investigating WiFi - 27 May 2020. Plus expensive NBN satellite options.

  • Hi there, Looking at coming up to Wyangla again with some friends and a boat or 2 is there much space for cars and boats on the property?
    We are 3 hour drive from Wyangla Dam. Nearest dams to Talbingo are Talbingo and Blowering Dam for boating. You can park about 3 cars on driveway but boats would have to be road parking. Talbingo is safe location.

BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY: We’re married for 30 years and live in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Hilary is from South Africa. She emigrated with her family to Australia when she was 10 years old. We’ve both worked in aged care and disability services. In 2014, I focused on the business of short stay holiday rentals. I love wearing Hawaiian Shirts. I dream of travelling and working at the same time. For me it’s going to be a Working Holiday! TRAVEL HISTORY: We love traveling. We’ve been to: • Vanuatu • New Caledonia • Fiji • New Zealand • Papua New Guinea • UAE • Singapore • Taiwan • South Africa We’re looking forward to a trip to Canada in September 2018. Travelling can be stressful. We know the needs of guests who travel. HOLIDAY RENTAL HISTORY: We started with one holiday rental in 2004. By 2014 we had 7 holiday rentals. So Winter 2020 is limited to snow play, snow ball fights, building Olaf (snowman) and tobogganing. Enjoy winter wonderland and Yarrangobilly Caves.
