Stay at our gorgeous cozy beach house at Cowes on Phillip Island. Close to the main high street, a 15-minute walk, but quiet enough from the bustle to find your own space on the lawn or the deck. Free wifi at house, smart TV, washing machine, bathroom & kitchen essentials. Walking distance to shops, eateries, games, pubs, and beach. It's a very light and airy home and you will be very comfortable and close to everything Cowes has on offer! Penguins, cruises, fishing, walks, shops, restaurants, cafes, markets. Large deck space and lawn. WIFI, washing machine, clothesline, BBQ - relax. BBQ sun lounger and extra chairs for the outdoor deck. Pets🐾 welcome Pet fencing to use which can close off the deck - very safe ❤️ Sleeps 7 2 x Double beds in separate rooms 2 x Single beds 1 x sofa bed (sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult) - living room - black sofa. Pillows and mattress protectors on all beds. Quilts and comforters for each bed. Towels are also available. Extra pillow and quilt/blankets if required and for sofa bed in linen cupboard, in the hall. Getting to the property: When you arrive in Cowes town, at the second roundabout, Settlement Road, there is a BP service station/car wash facilities on the corner, turn left into Settlement Road. James Street is the third street on your left-hand side. Jimmy Digs, our beach house is located on the right - Number 12.
A keen surfer and nature lover. Ask q’s about the Island for any hints and tips - also these are my two dogs who are in the listing images 🐾🐾❤️ There is a dog beach a 15 minute walk away, all year round.
Close to all amenties and sight seeing. Pier is 5 min drive/20 walk. Markets in the high street and one on the esplanade. Shops, eateries etc only a 10-15 minute walk away. The property is very central. Nobbies and Penguins are about a 10-minute drive from Cowes. Numerous surf beaches on the Island. Smiths beach the best for families. Cowes West Beach 10-15 min walk Dogs are permitted from the Cowes Yacht Club access track to approximately 50 metres short of the Cowes Anderson Boat Ramp. Summer and Easter restrictions apply. Dogs must be on a leash between 10.00 am -6.00 pm from 1st December- 31st January and during the Easter school holidays. All other times dogs off-leash.
