The city scape view from the balcony of this apartment was a delight. The location of Port Stay Two City Lights was excellent for us as it was out side the city and easy to drive to visit family living in Williamstown and South Melbourne without getting confused re traffic and what roads to get on to. Our accommodation was also very quiet and cosy.
