Annerley is a very quiet inner city neighborhood that is very accessible to the Brisbance CBD (3kms) , Southbank Precint (2kms) and University of QLD Campus (1km). Bikes are available for use at property. Commuting to UQ by bike takes 10 minutes. Commuting to Southbank by bike takes 15 minutes. Off street parking in driveway is also available. Undercover secure parking is available on request.
