Always felt that there are scarcity of nice home like affordable places all around the world for short/medium term. I started this business in 2014 with an intention to bridge this gap. Since then, we have grown substantially and currently managing around 100 apartments across 3 properties in Melbourne. I also help our guests planning their visit or settling in Melbourne with information and references. I support other small businesses in the area and liaised with them to provide best services/values for our guests. whether it is organizing airport pick up/drop off, sight seeing in and around Melbourne or dinning out, we have partnered with the amazing businesses to provide the best service and value to our guests. This has qualified me to be finalist of Australian small business champions Entrepreneur award for last 2 consecutive years. Most of all, I run my business more with a heart than a head and you will feel that when you interact with me or any of our staff here.

This property has one of the biggest size apartments in the area. Our one bedroom apartment is 70sqm(Around triple size of a general hotel room) The décor is very warm and inviting and specially designed to give a feeling of home rather than a hotel. All apartments have full kitchen with kitchenette, standard size fridge, washing machine, dryer , dishwasher etc. . Our Apartments are conveniently located at the gateway of St Kilda and Fitzroy Roads. Imagine the 2 tram stops at your doorstep that takes you on scenic trips passing by the Shrine of Remembrance, Botanic Gardens and National Gallery of Victoria and through Melbourne CBD. In the other direction, the trams can take you to St Kilda Beach or to the outer suburbs of East Brighton, Malvern, East Malvern or Carnegie. Whether you are after a quick post-swim meal or an anniversary dinner with sunset views of St Kilda Beach, here are some of the best restaurants in Melbourne's multicultural beachside suburb.
