Perfect for your business needs or for a relaxed few days away, you will love the close-by beach, city vibe and convenience of this one bedroom freshly renovated Scandinavian inspired self contained unit, with its own deck and access to a shared plunge pool. We also live on the property - upstairs and we have three friendly dogs. Located on a quiet park in the heart of the city, the unit is an easy 200 metre walk to Darby St, restaurants and cafes and a 700 metre walk to the patrolled Bar Beach, lovely King Edward Park and stunning Anzac cliff walk, with ocean & city views. House rules: • We value you being quieter between 11pm and 7am, like we are • Strictly no parties or additional guests without prior permission • No smoking in the unit or the property • We have a zero drug policy
We live upstairs on the property, and we respect your desire for privacy. If you need us, we are available and easy to access. There is a friendly dogs who live on the property with us, and she also use the shared back yard. The shared pool deck is fully glassed-off and the dog can't access this area.
The Hill is an inner-city neighbourhood with great restaurants and cafes, and close-by beaches. The property is located on a quiet park. The ocean is an easy walk 800 metres up the hill, with lookouts and walking paths taking advantage of the ocean and city views. City and cafes and restaurants is an easy 200m downhill. The light rail is located close by and there are multiple public transport options located 200 metres away. There are extensive beach walks and trails easily accessible from the apartment, including the bathers way. Everything is within easy walking distance - the beach, the city, cafes. Taxis and uber services have easy access to The Hill and uber eats is also a favourite for people staying. Newcastle Airport is a 30 minute drive into the CBD and our unit.
