Redgum Hill Country Retreat is not far away from Perth. We stayed at the villa which is perfect for two families. We like the privacy of the villa and beautiful garden with plenty of birds and kangaroos around.

Very clean, peaceful, warm and cosy. We were visited by ducks, kangaroos and so many types of birds, we even saw a bat at night time while relaxing in the spa on the verandah. Great place to take the kids or for a couples weekend away!

Redgum Hill Country Retreat is a country-style rural property set among 11 acres of woodlands and gardens. Positioned along the banks of the Blackwood River, all self-contained accommodations features a balcony or patio and kitchen facilities.

Redgum Retreat is a 3-minute drive from Beyonderup Falls and a 30-minute drive from Balingup. Bridgetown is a 40-minute drive away and Margaret River is a 1-hour and 40-minute drive.

All accommodations features heating and cooling, a dining area, lounge, BBQ, TV, DVD player and spa. Towels and linen are also supplied.

Continental breakfast baskets, cooked breakfasts and evening meals can be organized in advance and served to your room for an additional charge. BBQ packs an on-site parking are available.

Our property is unique in that it is small with very private quaint country accommodation teaming with birds and native animals. Our location is such that we have hot summers, spectacular autumns, cold wet winters with toasty fires and magnificent and colourful springs with blossoms, beautiful flowers and the most delightful new chics, fledglings and joeys. Perfect for couples and groups of 12 who are nature lovers and bird watchers. Redgum is the perfect place for people wanting to "get away" from the "norm" and indulge oneself in nothing but peace and nature. Our cedar cottage accommodation is unpretentious, comfortable and clean. Our villa is adjacent to the main house and double brick with reverse cycle air conditioning and a verandah on which to sit overlooking the garden. The spa is 30 metres along the path in the garden and exclusively for the use of villa guests. The cottages have their own spas on the balcony. Redgum Hill is peaceful and perfect for people who love nature, peace and beauty of the country.
The owners are a professional couple who enjoy sharing their property with like minded people. We love the birds, the quiet and the remote location where we can experience the joys of nature in all it's beauty. Our hobbies are reading, bird watching, gardening, entertaining and just soaking up the pleasure of the country.
We are in the heart of south Western Australia in the Blackwood River Valley comprising native forests, the Blackwood River, vineyards, rolling green hills and farmland. Visitors to the area can ride their bikes, walk along Tourist Route 251 through magnificent forests and pine plantations. The valley is heavily populated with kangaroos, emus, native reptiles and extensive bird life. A nature lovers paradise.
