Two storey duplex with the downstairs section providing a large living area with a wall mounted Smart TV, two stylish bedrooms, second bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and complete ironing facilities. The double garage has internal access to the property and has the second fridge, push bike, 2 paddle boards and room to park a boat up to the size 5.5 metres height x 5.5 metres length. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi.
