We had fun with the google mini and made use of the coffee machine, balcony and kitchen for breakfasts. Would highly recommend to others staying!
AustralijaWe had a wonderful 5 night stay in the Palms Apartment. This apartment has been extremely well designed, it's very comfortable and we absolutely loved the decor. It also contains everything you could possibly need including a washing machine and dryer, a great coffee machine (and coffee), kitchen staples, sunscreen and even insect repellant. We also really appreciated the bottle of wine and local chocolate left for us. We also ate at some fabulous Port Douglas restaurants... Nautilus, Seabean Tapas Bar, Melaleuca, Chilly's Outdoor Pizza and a fabulous lunch at Silky Oaks Lodge in the Mossman Gorge.

Guests staying at Retro Port Douglas Apartments can take a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants or just laze in the hanging chair or around the heated pool.

The Retro Port Douglas apartments have been luxuriously redeveloped and are only 200 metres walk to the beach and 5 minutes-walk from Port Douglas village. Quiet, overlooking Reynolds Park, they are the place for your intimate getaway! Each of the apartments is styled around a bold wallpaper. The furnishings have been carefully selected - some we have lovingly restored. Each apartment has a separate bedroom. The opening between the bedroom and living area -- which can be closed with sliding shutters -- gives the apartment a lovely airy feel. Each Retro Port Douglas apartment has the latest technology including unlimited high-speed WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel (cable TV) accounts, and Bose MP3 player. The kitchens feature induction cooking, oven, Smeg appliances and a De Longhi espresso machine.
Doug is a medical doctor and Jude a retired verbatim reporter and philanthropist. We have four grown kids and Ruby the dog!
The Retro Port Douglas balconies are nestled in the melaleuca trees overlooking Reynolds Park giving a cool, relaxing environment. Walk straight to the beach, across the park or down beautiful melaleuca-lined Garrick Street to the Esplanade or Port Douglas village.
