Rezare House is a new property that we have shaped to include the essence of our former Cornish B&B in the UK. We have brought with us much of the soft furnishings and a few items of the furniture to make our new B&B be a venue where you are coming to stay with "friends". We want you relax, kick back and enjoy what Wallaroo and the surrounding Copper Coast of Yorke Peninsula has to offer. The accomodation is on the first floor and there are three bedrooms, a large shared lounge and full length balcony with views over the Copper Coast Marina to Wallaroo Bay and North Beach. Your nightly rate is for the bedroom only, this is a shared space for all guests, and the hosts have unfettered access to the office located upstairs. The area is residential and very quiet as our home overlooks a cereal field. We have two queen sized rooms, one is fully ensuite and the other has a shared family bathroom. Both these rooms open onto the balcony and have sea views. The twin room at the front also has access to the shared bathroom. Combining this with one of the double rooms provides a perfect family or friends unit. When booking the family suite for two guests, you have access to one bedroom only. If both rooms are required contact us before booking to discuss your requirements. We also have on the first floor a small kitchenette which provides you with a small fridge freezer, microwave, tea & coffee for fruit bowl and home made snacks. We are a traditional European style B&B - you may not be our only guest
MIchael and Colin have had plenty of experience in the care of people. Michael as a former catering manager and chef for London's Metropolitan Police and Colin as a registered nurse. We want people to feel as relaxed as possible and we aim to make you feel like you are with family or friends for your stay. We successfully ran Rezare Farmhouse B&B in rural Cornwall where we had many repeat guests. Trip Advisor recognised our standards for hospitality and good food giving us awards of excellence for the years we were in business in Cornwall. We are mad about our animals - Monty the dog, Molly our cat and the hens, who will by the way, be providing your eggs for breakfast. We love having other dogs to stay and have never had a bad dog stay with us. Monty has a few simple house rules which make for an easy stay with your dog. Colin is a local, having been educated at Wallaroo Mines and Kadina schools with extensive local knowledge and many contacts. Just ask if you want to know something and we will ensure we do our very best to get you the answer you need. Michael loves to cook so you will be assured of shortbread, a cake on arrival and a delicious breakfast.
The Copper Coast is a treasure waiting to be explored. With its Cornish and Welsh heritage coupled with a rich tradition of farming. There are beaches to explore, mining ruins and museums to investigate and a growing food and beverage culture in the surrounding areas of Yorke Peninsula. Small / medium well behaved and house trained dogs are welcome to stay, there is a small daily fee. With the current infection risks in SA and the local sq metre restrictions. We have to limit the total number of persons on the property as key areas are shared i.e. the lounge, kitchenette and balcony areas. We are monitoring this in line with government advice. If you have any questions please call us. As we use more than one accommodation booking agent, it is wise to call before attempting to book. We thank you for your patience in these difficult times.
