Close to everything in the heart of the CBD. Freshly renovated, the apartment has been styled up with modern natural Australian hardwood features, natural flooring in a green living environment. The apartment is a quiet sanctuary in the centre of Australia’s largest city with special sound-proofing glass barrier being added recently. Located in walking distance to all main attractions, 5 minutes to both main train stations. Trams stop at our front entrance for use of the CBD free-tram-zone.

Melbourne’s Sealife Aquarium on the next corner and walking distance to South Wharf, Etihad Stadium, DFO at Spencer Street, Victorian Art Gallery, Immigration Museum, Federation Square only 100m from Southbank Promenade and Crown Casino. Directly on the bank of the Yarra River, access to the city’s nightlife and busy tourist locations is ideal.
