The unique villa is only one of a kind in Rye. Completely renovated and interior beautifully furnished with a manicured garden. This home is 2 dwellings one 1 block. has two private balcony and separate entrance. With free wifi and, spilt system, ducted heater and wall heater. 1 min drive from Rye beach, 4 minutes drive from Peninsula Hot Springs and 4 mins from Dunes Gold Link.
