It is a large open plan four bedroom duplex with a huge fully enclosed back yard, just perfect for the kids to bring their bikes and ride in a safe environment. The property has four bedrooms, ensuite, two living areas, large paved outdoor entertaining area, corner bath, ensuite, single garage and one carspace for a boat. Located within a five minute drive to the major Salamander Bay shopping centre, seven minute drive to the waters edge and 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay Marina. This property has it all, location, space and comforts. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen + ensuite Bedroom 2 - Single Bed Bedroom 3 - Single Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi.
