This unit is located in the famous Kings Beach precinct where great water features and activities are on offer only a short walk away. The unit is modern and styled for you to enjoy your stay.  The kitchen has quality appliances, crockery, cutlery and all the cooking tools you need to whip up a simple meal.  The bedding configuration now includes a Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom.  This property comes supplied with pillows & blankets.  Linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases, Tea towels, bath mats and face washers) is not included in the price.  Guests can hire a pack from us from $61.00. This will be delivered to the property on the day of arrival.  Simply contact us on 07 5491 3555 or at  judy@localagent.net.au  to organise linen hire and payment.  The bathroom shares the space with  the laundry applicances( washing machine and dryer) but you have plenty of room to move. This unit is located on the second floor of this complex, and you have a single lock up garage to accommodate your car.
