Location is quite good and house is spacious and very clean

The house itself is very comfortable and well equipped with everything one could need. There is also nice artwork throughout and beautiful wood flooring. The outdoor space is very peaceful and also functional. The house is literally (I timed it) 2 min walk to the beach and only 5 min drive to a group of shops that have everything you could need, grocery store, butcher, bottlo, cafe, bakery, chemist, take away, hairdresser and restaurant.

Our stay at Sandys Toes Beach House was a very enjoyable. We loved how the beach was a 2 minute walk from the house. The house was accommodating and had everything we needed. The backyard was very spacious and tidy. Air-conditioning was good on warmer days. Kitchen is well equipped. Two toilets came in handy for four people staying in the house. Washing machine was easy to use. TV had Netflex. Two sofas in lounge room, plus daybed. Hot water pressure in shower was excellent. Peter was very helpful, he answered questions and queries promptly.

The property was very light and spacious for a group of 4 people. The house has everything you need for a weekend away or longer. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the outdoor space was great for our 2 dogs. Its in a perfect location being walking distance from the beach, this was definitely a big bonus for us! I would recommend staying at Sandy Toes Beach House.
