Sea Bird is a 3-bedroom single level brick cottage about 200m from the sands of Culburra Beach. It lies in a quiet cul-de-sac on a big grassy block with a large tree out the back that is loved by the local bird life. The beach is accessed by a lane way with no busy roads to cross, the Culburra shops are less than 1km away and its a flat walk passing the fantastic local skate park and playground on the way. Although the 30-year-old house is in original condition it has been thoughtfully fitted out with comfortable beds and simple comforts. Consistent sea breezes and the distant sound of waves help make this house a relaxed place for small groups who are looking for a simple holiday with little technology. The old teak table out the back or the lounge in the screened patio are perfect for watching the kids play or enjoying the northerly sun.
