STRICT NO Party Policy applies </H3> <HR> This two storey townhouse with three balconies has a great sized living area and is situated in the perfect location just up the road from the main beach and close to shops and restaurants. This absolutely luxurious two storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The large open planned downstairs living area is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It features a full length balcony off the lounge room. It has a fully equipped entertainment unit including a stereo, so don't forget your CD's! The lounge is a dream to relax in after a busy day sightseeing or at the beach. There is also a single garage with one extra parking space room for another car or a boat. The open plan living area is fully tiled and opens out onto the front balcony which has the most amazing views! The lounge and dining suites are comfortable and modern, and with tiled floors the living area is perfect for relaxed 'beach style' entertaining. The unit contains two bathrooms, one on each level, with a spa bath in the main one downstairs as well as a built-in fully equipped laundry. The balcony off the main bedroom overlooks parkland and gives you the most amazing view of our 42 kilometre beach. Perfect for a romantic weekend to sit and sip champagne as you watch a brilliant day draw to an end. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds with built-ins and is fully furnished. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, the third also has an entrance to the back balcony. Public BBQ facilities are located across the road and set in parkland. Note: this property has window limiters installed due to Strata regulations thus, windows can only be opened to a maximum of 12cm.
