The second bedroom has two single beds, the third contains a queen sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk. All bedrooms have built-ins and are fully furnished. The unit features its very own private courtyard off the front of the lounge room with a very comfortable outdoor setting which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon as you peacefully watch the sun set. Or indulge in a delicious BBQ and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. The open plan living area looks out onto your own private courtyard and features glass sliding doors which let the fresh ocean breeze flow through. The gourmet kitchen has lots of bench space and includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and benchtop hot plates, plus 1.5 sinks. There is a three seater and two seater sofa, plus one single with foot stool. An entertainment unit with TV, DVD and a stereo has been provided so don't forget your CD's!
