The properties are really cosy, not quite what we had expected for the price but we really enjoyed the both properties. The location is amazing, Barwon Heads shopping proximity is excellent as is the beach. The outdoor area at the Cottage is fantastic.

Great location close to Barwon Heads main shopping village, parks and beach. The Loft was spacious, comfortable and had a great wood burning fire to enjoy relaxing by. The access instructions were easy to follow and the communication with the owners was excellent. We would happily to stay again.

Great location and very cosy accommodation. It had everything we needed and the fireplace was an added bonus to enjoy on a cold night. It's walking distance to shops, across the road from a park which is great with kids and close enough to the beach! Beds were comfortable, with lots of heating options and extra blankets if needed.

The place was wonderful! The hosts were lovely and very responsive. The location was perfect and the place felt very private and quiet despite having people stay close by. We loved how clean the it was also. Some lovely little touches like leaving firewood for us. We would absolutely go back and recommend to friends. One of new our favourite holiday destinations.

Charming and very comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well equipped, though, as befitting a beach house, some appliances were rather old. A long, but easy, walk into the centre of Barwon Heads. Enjoyed the selection of books and magazines and just chilling out on the daybeds and lounges. We could have stayed longer. There's a lot to see, do and eat on the Bellarine Peninsula.

We are is centrally located in Barwon Heads, just a few minutes walk from the shops, cafes and beaches. It is the only flexible, quality, self contained accommodation of its type in Barwon Heads.
We are a couple who have grown up around the Bellarine Peninsula region. We have a young family (with one on the way) & love creating an atmosphere for our guests that is warm, inviting & easy!
We love the fact that we are so close to our cafes, restaurants & lots of shopping. The beach is just 700 or so metres away & is a great family friendly place to hang out!
