The paddock to plate experience is central to every menu at voco Kirkton Park, including the signature cocktail list, which includes produce from the estate’s veggie garden and highlights the flavors of local distilleries. Throughout the hotel menus, you will notice a signature chili salt developed by our chefs to utilize unique onsite ingredients including roses, rosemary and chilies. Our estate stables are home to fulltime food waste managers- pigs and chickens- who provide end-to-end waste reduction for the estate.
