The professional staff and the service provided. There was an issue mixing up the rooms and the manager resolved the issue professionally. The apartment is clean, shops are just steps away from the hotel, the train station is 5 mins walk and takes you to CBD in 20 mins. Plenty of banks and restaurants. Airport cost 25 dollars by uber
