The scenic Bicentennial walk begins at Forster Main Beach and takes you along a 4km trail (each way), offering breathtaking views of the coastline. It boasts some of the best vantage points for spotting visiting whales or playful dolphin pods. Just 600 metres away are the Little Street Baths - a great place to relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby the baths, the Paradise Marina offers waterside dining and great coffee. Between the marina and the baths, you'll also find a convenient boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking available. For a unique blend of shopping and coffee, stop by Mewali Homewares and Coffee – just 550 metres away, also located on Little Street. Open from 8am, it offers artisanal coffee, handmade jewellery, leather goods, and curated homewares. Along here, you’ll also find several boatsheds including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire boats or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Wallis Lake at your own pace. Coffee lovers are in luck, with local favourites Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso both under 700 metres away - ideal for grabbing a quality brew or bite to eat while soaking up the ocean views. A short 700-metre stroll will take you to Forster’s main dining precinct on Wharf Street, home to a variety of restaurants and bars with picturesque lake views.
