This was a very nice and new 1 BD apartment. Very clean. I LOVED the washer/dryer. The internet was very good, and the location very convenient (just a short walk from the Southern Cross Station and near a nice park and grocery shopping). Tons of public transit options nearby.

This property is in a good location. It’s about 5 mins walk to the free tram stop. Opposite the coles supermarket on the right, there are a few Asian restaurants and a good liquor store. Everything you need is in the apartment including dryer/washer, microwave oven and a fridge. The reception is manned form 8am to 8pm and the staff are very helpful. They even got me a baby bathtub free as I was traveling with a 3 month old baby. When I was having trouble installing the car seat, one of the staff helped me fix it. I will stay at this property again when I am in Melbourne.

    Hi There, Yes you can smoke in the balcony but make sure the balcony door and windows are close while smoking in the balcony. If smoking is deducted in the apartment will fine $600 for steam cleaning and other extra cleaning. Thanks

And if you are visiting Melbourne on a holiday, on work, leisure, vacation, study, or family gatherings, you are more than welcome to stay here for as long as you want to.
