Enjoy a swim, stand-up paddle board, kayaking, bike ride or wander around the point to discover a spectacular diving and snorkelling sanctuary, ‘Stillwater’ is so central to everything, all you have to do is park the car and everything is at your fingertips. ‘Stillwater’ is a single storey home away from home and has everything your family will require including tiled open plan living area with a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, large flat screen TV and DVD, dining area with water views to the foreshore and beach. Fully equipped kitchen with an upright stove/oven, microwave oven, full size fridge/freezer and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a step-in glass shower, toilet and vanity and the main house offers an internal laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer. Bedroom one is positioned at the front of the house and offers water views and provides two single beds, bedroom two is central with a double bed, bedroom three is also off the main living area with one single bed and bedroom four has one single bed plus a tri bunk (double underneath/ single above) and is located to the rear of the main house.
