STRA - STRA6285BCIZXGVK PA# - 219223 Just a Stones Throw from town centre, just a quick walk to the actual Margaret River, not to mention endless walking trails and not far at all from Brewhouse (a trendy kid friendly brewery/ restaurant set up well for the summer and winter). Stones Throw is highlighted by it’s stunning outdoor entertaining area which has a new deck, outdoor dining, landscaped reticulated gardens and BBQ. 2 stylish bathrooms (main bathroom boasts a lovely deep bath tub). This townhouse is split over two levels with 3 double bedrooms upstairs, comprising 1 queen bed and 2 double beds, along with both bathrooms. Downstairs is extremely comfortable with a reverse cycle air conditioner, pot belly fireplace, TV and DVD, separate dining, kitchen, laundry and separate WC. Enjoy lazy summer afternoons outside or snuggle up by a fire in the winter. Walk to town for a spot of shopping or out to breakfast/ lunch or dinner with a huge selection to choose from. Depending on the breed, pets might be accepted. The position on the map is an approximation; for security reasons the exact location will be sent after your confirmation of booking. No school leavers bookings please.
