Property information

This cute, private, very small studio, think tiny house, is set in the popular suburb of Brighton. The studio is set back from the road on a peaceful tree-lined street. Only a short drive to the beach, and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. Perfect for someone travelling on their own, on a work trip, or on a quick couples getaway. A small one bedroom place attached to an art deco home, with your own private entrance and space. Beautifully decorated to make you feel more at home. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and coffee maker. Comfortable queen-sized bed and bathrobes to enjoy throughout your stay (please note there is only space for one suitcase comfortably) and a small bathroom with combined shower and toilet. From the small bedroom, you have views through the French doors leading out to the private tranquil courtyard for you to have your morning coffee or, at the end of the day, a glass of complimentary wine. Guests have access to the entire space. Free parking is available on the large nature strip in front of the property. Age Requirement: Min Age to book is 25 years old and above One bedroom place attached to an art deco home, with your own private entrance and space

Brighton is an affluent suburb and houses some of the wealthiest people in Melbourne with grand homes. Brighton is also well known for Dendy Street Beach with its 82 colourful beach boxes. 15-minute walk to the beach 15-minute walk to Martin Street shops, cafes and restaurants. If you don’t have a car, uber is the easiest way to get around. 12 minutes to City by train from Brighton Beach Station (Sandringham Line)
