The property is located a short walk from all the amenities that Fremantle have to offer. The town centre, bus and train station, markets, ferry to Rottnest, Perth and the Swan Valley. The beaches are easily accessible, South Beach has a wonderful BBQ area with lots of seating, free barbeques and lovely treed areas. It also has 2 great cafes casual and fine dining. Bathers beach in the town centre has lots of great cafes, waterfront eateries and arts and crafts. It is quiet and spacious with balconies to enjoy a coffee on the the balmy evenings.
