We loved everything about this room! It was absolutely perfect. The bed was suuuuuper comfortable, the spa area was to die for, the little patio area was fantastic for that morning coffee or afternoon beer. We had never been to the area, so the fact that it was so close to shops and 1770, it made exploring so much easier. And just to put the cherry on the cake, the owners were so lovely and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know before and throughout our stay.

Amazing!!! The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was top quality and I had the best sleep I have ever had away. Awesome location facilities were clean and everything was in working order. contactless check in communication was faultless. Will definitely be back. Can't recommend enough.

We could relax from the start, in a quiet location with a rainforest setting and enjoy the privacy of the spa! When there was a problem, we notified them and they fixed it promptly. We highly recommend Sunbird Gardens! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Very nice villa, plenty of space and very comfortable in a beautiful area. Spa in the enclosed patio was great giving privacy while enjoying the outside air. Bed was comfy. Balcony out the back with bbq is well set up.

The bath outside yet still sheltered was the best! The little bbq also let us enjoy just staying in and enjoying the little oasis that was ours. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the place was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.

    Hello - there is 1 x car park directly outside your villa. We are located at the end of the cul de sac and it’s very private and safe. Hope that helps

Sunbird Gardens is the perfect escape for couples. A Sunbird Gardens villa is fully self contained with verandah spa adjacent to main bedroom. The villa is air conditioned and has free wifi. All linen provided. Sunbird Gardens is close to Agnes Water surf beach and the local shopping precinct.
Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 is an idyllic location. Here you can either swim all year around and choose to surf at main beach or wander down the road (approximately 5km) to 1770 where you can take a trip to the Great Barrier Reef or a LARC tour or a kayak tour or perhaps you would prefer to just watch the sunset or explore the creek. Agnes Water/1770 has several great coffee shops. Also there are a number of great walking tracks to explore.
Agnes Water / 1770 offers to choice of a number of activities or perhaps a sit back, relax and just chill in your secluded spa villa at Sunbird Gardens. Either way, you will find plenty to do if that's what you like or you can choose to just rejuvenate and relax.
