Sunset Place Apartments are architecturally designed and fully furnished non-serviced apartments! Sunset Place boasts FOUR boutique apartments - two apartments on the ground floor, two apartments on the first floor, communal laundry and shared parking. GROUND FLOOR: You will find the green & orange ground apartments. FIRST FLOOR: You will find the blue and orange first apartments along with the communal laundry. PARKING: You will have access to two carbays at the complex and if complex parking is full, you can park for free at the nearby shopping centre which is about 20m from the property. CHECK-IN: Keys to access your booked apartment is via a secured lock-box on site which can be accessed 24/7 - this means there is no reception desk and the property managers do not live on site. Instructions will be e-mailed and/or text messaged 24-48 hours prior to your arrival date. All the apartments are: - Fully furnished and equipped - Air conditioned - Complete with own self-catering kitchen with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities - All bedrooms have queen size beds - Free Wi-Fi - Communal laundry with iron and ironing board - Bedding and towels provided
