Excellent location for my 3 day conference a Varsity Lakes. I had my breakfast with me and my host supplemented it with Tea and Toast - they would have provided a cooked breakfast had I wanted one. I had my own dinners and my host heated them for me. Very friendly family and very pleasant location with a flat walk along the river bank and around the oval. Area was safe for my car to sit outside. I plan to attend a 2 day conference in November and if Charlies if available I shall book it.

    We can only provide car with driver and guide services for Gold Coast region for 120 dollars per daytime and Gold Coast airport chauffeur sevice for 4..

It is modern new townhouse with two floors. Easy access from drive way in the front with private parking space. Face serenity river view in the backside with BBQ terrace.
Comfortable living district near heart of Gold Coast. Easy access by M1 motor way and Train from Brisbane. All walking distance to Second largest Shopping Mall in GC and train station, Cbus stadium etc. 10 minutes drive you can reach the springbrook national park and CBD of Broadbeach.
