Property info
Surfside will be sure to impress with it's large living areas. Just a 5 minute walk to the Caves Beach and Caves Resort. Explore the unique caves and beautiful stretches of sand and swim at the patrolled beaches or unwind with a cocktail and a delicious restaurant meal or coffee at the local cafes. This 4 bedroom home with free NBN Wifi is the perfect casual getaway for up to 9 people. The 3 bedrooms all have different themes and queen beds, with the main also having a TV and ensuite with bath. The 4th bedroom has a tribunk. The bathroom has a large shower recess and there is a third toilet in the laundry which has a washing machine and a dryer. Walk down the hallway to the open plan living area with the kitchen, dining and living area and glass doors opening out onto the covered deck with plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ. The large, fully equipped kitchen has Caesar stone benchtops, island servery, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher while the dining and lounge settings provides a luxurious area to relax and take in a movie on the a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD Player. Designed for casual beachside family living, Surfside is the perfect holiday house.

Caves beach is a beautiful suburb which is located off the Eastern coast of Australia. The beach itself its patrolled at the southern end, there is parking facilites, toilets and a kiosk. Caves beach is commonly known for the cool caves that you can explore, the caves are safest to explore when it is low tide. Fishing, surfing and local water sports are popular activities around Caves Beach due to the abundance of beaches and lakes all within a short driving distance. Take a walk on the many walking trails or just sit back, have a BBQ, relax and soak up the sea air.
