During our stay we had two mornings at the boardwalk at a lovely cafe for breakfast, a meal at Duci & the RSL, walked the boardwalk to Top Lake & back....enjoyed magnificent views.

We are a boutique, friendly, motivated, dedicated and energetic property management business, specialising in holiday rentals. We pride ourselves on being able to provide you with excellent service and quality properties.

Property info

Sybella is ideally located within a few minutes walk to Merimbula's town centre. No need for a car, just park at the property and walk to everything Merimbula has to offer - the cafes, shops, beach, clubs, cinema and restaurants. The truly perfect Location. The property comprises 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) Upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms, bedroom one has a King, bedroom 2 a queen, bedroom 3 - 2 x king singles and bedroom 4 - 2 x single beds. Upstairs can be rented on it's own sleeping 8 with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs can NOT be rented on it's own but sleeps an additional 2 with the 1 bedroom having a queen bed and a bathroom. Sybella is air conditioned, has a bath tub, TV, DVD & CD player, laundry with washing machine & dryer, parking for 3 cars, space for a boat and an enclosed yard.
