Clean, quiet & comfortable. Close to kings station. Comfortable walk to New South Wales Art Gallery, through Botanic Gardens to Opera House and downtown core.

Beds were comfortable and were medium soft. Really like the layout of the rooms. Small but has everything you need including mini fridge and sink. Projector is a fun idea for each room but the audio is crap without separate speakers. Good varied lighting options. Power where you need it.

I liked the location of the property and it’s close proximity to all of Sydney’s attractions. everything was a short walk to get to. also, I really liked the projector in the room for watching movies.

The breakfast and the kitchen utilities were basic, but nothing to complain about! Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and the location was quite central. We can recommend the accommondation!
