AustraliaEverything was provided for during our short stay. The place was extremely clean and in pristine condition and there was heaps of kitchen equipment and other amenities. The bedding was very comfortable and the linen was of a high standard. It felt like a hotel! The location was great, with a fantastic coffee shop, convenient supermarket and bottleshop just around the corner and transport along King William St is only a stones throw away. Peter and Helen are to be congratulated for their very fine apartment. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay.

We have been offering holiday rental properties for a few years now and we make every effort to offer a quality property. We hope you consider staying at The Artisan.
Property info
The Artisan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a Rooftop deck with views. The ground level is ideal for those who don't want to walk up stairs. It has the main bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining, lounge and car parking on the one level. Upstairs is another two bedrooms, a small second living area, and a full bathroom. Above that is a Rooftop deck with a pond, a TV, and city views. The house is less than 100 metres to the Gilbert Street Hotel (good pub meals), shops, a weekend market, and parklands. A little further, but still only a short walk, are the Gouger Street Restaurants, the tram (free around the city CBD), and much more. Please note that we will require photo ID, and the names of each staying guest, before check in. This is for ID purposes only.
