Our summer season officially starts in December until March and that also gives longer daylight saving. However, depending on the weather, you can have warm weather for the beach from October right through to April/ May it really depends on the climate which as we all know is currently changing around the world.

If you book the queen double room we can put a fold-out bed in there for an extra $35.00 per night or they can share your queen bed. But if not a family like the classic family room with a lounge this is the next best room for you.

Hello we do try to accommodate early arrivals and you can leave luggage here if the accommodation has not yet been cleaned as check out is at 10 to 10.30 if guests are on time. We do our best but need to know what time you want to arrive if really early and need to go straight into your accommodation then we recommend that you book the night before. If you could get back with a time and date I will be able to answer more fully. Most hotels do not allow you before check-in time without booking the night before but as we are a family business we try to accommodate whenever and where ever possible.

I am sorry but the manly hotel est.1964 has queen rooms with a balcony and queen double room with a balcony and also double rooms with a balcony. or we have are another business arm that has 6 manly designer studios with a balcony and a ground floor compact family room. The rest of designer studios are ground floor at 21 pacific stree which has 2 family rooms that take 6 people with a sofa bed or 4 to 5 people with a single sofa bed and 2 queen beds, the cottage which has a private entrance verandah and garden or the beach room and the palm room off the courtyard. I hope this clarifies what you are viewing. In the hotel the family room except for one which on the ground floor the rest without a balcony area on the 1st floor. There are 2 standard rooms on the ground floor hence it is cheaper as no balcony.

Unfortunately no you cannot due to other guests this is as in Australia a nonsmoking hotel.
