Property info

This is the old artists residence, that i have renovated to a high standard whilst leaving so of the amazing original features.You will find some lovely stain glass doors that John made for his Daughters. There are also many pieces of his art work on display. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a double bed plus a single with trundle. New modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a huge deck where you have views of the lake. Note 2 brand new air con units fitted dec 23

Neighborhood info

Boreen Point is such a beautiful small town with lots of history. They have a beautiful lake which is a fantastic place for sailing and we hold many sailing regattas each year The Apollonian pub is also a beautiful place to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a beer and listen to the live music. The everglades are easy to access from here to spend many hours on the water. Boreen Point is a relaxed village on the shores of lovely Lake Cootharaba. The largest lake of the Noosa River system, Cootharaba is the gateway to the upper Noosa River, the Noosa Everglades and the Great Sandy National Park. The village is about 20 kilometres by sealed road from Tewantin on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. A haven for sailing and boating enthusiasts, Boreen Point has holiday cottages, a general store, caravan parks and boat hire facilities. Boreen Point is the home of a sailing club, which stages major sailing and sailboarding events.
