The Princess House is known by most people in the house as a Landmark home that is totally different then any other home in Australia as it is designed after the Palace in Bali we lived in with a touch of Bali, Australia and California There is 2.5 hectare of total total privacy with Ocean View everywhere and sunsets amazing, with a 28 meter infinity pool and a beautiful Home and granny flat also included that is total of 4 bedrooms complete bathrooms, and 2 sofa beds Walking trails and bike trails closely to the Ocean, 1 km away and town is 6 km Breathtaking skies at night and large open area close to the River and access to boat house with canoeing kayaking. Golf Course 2 minute drive from here
I am retired and was married to the Princess from Karangasem in East Bali and lived in the Palace their for 40 years , Exporting Batik fabrics and introducing them to the world for fashion and sewing enthusiasts . Having lived between Bali, Sonoma California and Western Australia for the past 25 years.
I am located on the Old Homestead land that belonged to the Bussell Family " The Wallcliffe House" , the most prime area on the Cape, right over looking the Margaret River, and sweeping Ocean views, THE MOST Exclusive homes to be found Total Total privacy
