Please note that this property is strictly nonsmoking inside the house.
Please note the boat ramp at the property is suitable for small to medium boats. Larger boats will need to use the public ramp, a 2 minute drive down the road and could then be moored at the jetty.
The advertised price is a discounted price for guests who are happy to bring their own sheet sets and towels.
If you would prefer to hire linen and have your beds made up this can be arranged for $25 per bed, per stay (including bath towels). All other linen is provided (doonas, doona covers, blankets, pillows and tea towels).

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
