Perfect place to UNWIND. 'The Shack' is positioned in the privacy of the surrounding bushland and has prime spot sitting in an elevated position overlooking the pristine waters of Southport.The property overlooks Deephole Bay and Pelican Island that are renown for excellent fishing,boating,diving and kayaking.A wooden boat ramp allows for recreational fisherman and the on water enthusiast.A National Park affords day trips to explore Hastings Caves and Thermal Pool,Tahune Air Walk,Hartz Mountain and bushwalking tracks.'The Shack' is a stones throw across the road from Kingfish Beach and a wonderful sheltered swimming spot with pristine white sand which is great for the whole family. Entering through a sunroom which is ideal for removing shoes and hats it flows through to the open living space which has a dining area and a full kitchen.A cozy wood fire heats up the open plan living and dining areas. Outside entertaining is provided by a deck and an open wood bbq area.
'The Shack' is the perfect place to unwind. I enjoy hosting to receive the amazing feedback from guests that they have enjoyed the peace and quiet;gazing at the water from the lounge room whilst having a cup of tea;the cozy wood fire of a night time;the the ultimate get away from a stress;the family outings.
