Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present The Verandah, 9 Hanson Avenue Anna Bay for holiday rental. Nestled in a quiet street and only a short 2 minute drive to the beach, beautiful enclosed back yard for children to play and room for a boat. Features of The Verandah are two storey, four bedroom air conditioned home with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, drive through garage, undercover outdoor area with BBQ and the beautiful ocean breezes that flow through from all aspects. The owners provide child gates on the staircase, a high chair and a cot mattress, which makes this very easy to pack to go away for your next beach holiday.
