perfect location, very cool loft apartment with secure parking, modern and tidy.

Self contained apartment. Location was central for our needs. Would stay again!

Choose to stay in the apartment with my bride tribe the facility looked exactly like the picture and the comfort was on point we were all super happy with our stay. The communication and instructions was great between us and the hosts. I would recommend to anyone that wants a. Nice place close town to stay we were super happy.

What a great find! Spotlessly clean, beautifully styled. Great location, within easy walking distance to Little Malop street with many restaurants and bars. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. The owner was wonderful to deal with, easy check in and out.

Fantastic fitout and decor, close to restaurant and shopping area, undercover parking and quiet.

Spacious, great to have two bedrooms. Airconditioner for heating and cooling in bedrooms and open lounge kitchen, secure, friendly host. Nice shower, modern decor. Dishwasher, fridge, cooking area so it would be good for cooking your meals. We ate at some of the great restaurants that Geelong now has so didn't do much cooking. Slept well on beds. Ample towels in bathroom.

The accommodation was excellent, accessible and met the needs of our travel.

It was very clean, had the essential equipment, beds were comfortable, interaction with owner was punctual and friendly. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. We were attending a wedding so didn’t spend much time in the room but it suited our needs perfectly.

Unique and peaceful space, easy walk to restaurants, really comfortable beds, lots of space and amenity. The whole apartment was very clean. Excellent value for money. The check in and out process was simple and the comms excellent. The large garage was a bonus for unpacking the car while it was raining. Definitely stay again. Thank you Yolanda and Darren.

The Warehouse Apartments are a part of a brand new refurbishment of The Warehouse Geelong, originally built in 1927 as Hearnes Cough Medicine Factory. It has been architecturally designed and purpose built for short/long term luxury boutique accomodation. Geelong meets New York style, one of a kind and bespoke. The apartments are 7 star energy rated, so fully insulated for noise and temperature. Each bedroom and living space has a split heating and cooling system.
Darren and Yolanda together with their two sons project managed and built these luxury apartments over the last 18 months. No stranger to hosting guests, Yolanda and Darren having been in the accommodation business for some time. They welcome you to experience their unique property as a traveller or for business.
The Warehouse Apartments are situated in the Western Wedge Art Precinct, on the edge of the CBD. Close enough to walk everywhere in the city, but quiet enough at night to get a good night's sleep. Once you park your car, you are walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the Waterfront, the Geelong Performing Arts Centre, the new Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, Costa Hall, St John of God Hospital, Simmonds Stadium, Geelong train station and bus depot. PLEASE NOTE- We do not accept booking fron residents living in the Greater City of Geelong
