Welcome to The White House on White Beach A luxury beachfront home with breathtaking views of White Beach, perfect for family getaways or exploring the Tasman Peninsula. This architecturally designed retreat features 4 bedrooms (3 with sea views, 1 with bush views), luxury linens, a cozy fireplace, VW BBQ, pizza oven, firepit, cubby house, landscaped gardens, and lush, fully fenced grounds for children and pets to play.
Gary and I have been hosting short-term rental properties for the past 7 years and "The White House" at White Beach is a very special property we are so excited to share. As a couple, we have been travelling to the Pennisular for the past 8 years, and White Beach has been one of our favourite places of all time, & now we get to share it with you our guests.
What to Do on the Peninsula? White Beach – Just Outside Your Door as we are a beach front property Whoo Hoo!! Take a morning walk, swim, or watch for dolphins. While on your walk don’t forget to look for a treasure to add to the White House Collection Dog-friendly: Off-leash year-round, except between 10 AM – 4 PM (Dec–Feb) when a leash is required. The beach spans nearly 5 km—perfect for a long stroll! If you prefer no stairs, access the beach from Apex Point Road and cross to the day parking area. 🏛 Port Arthur Historic Site (15 min drive) Explore Tasmania’s top heritage attraction, take a ghost tour, or enjoy a harbor cruise. 🏞 Tasman National Park & Cape Hauy Walk Experience breathtaking cliffs, sea stacks, and dramatic coastal views. 🌊 Remarkable Cave & Maingon Bay Lookout A stunning sea cave with spectacular ocean views—best at sunset! 🌿 Tasman Arch, Devil’s Kitchen & Blowhole Just 10 minutes away—these dramatic rock formations are a must-see. ⛏ Coal Mines Historic Site A fascinating (and less crowded) convict site with beautiful coastal trails. 🚤 Pennicott Wilderness Journeys – Tasman Peninsula Boat Tours For an unforgettable eco-cruise along the Peninsula’s rugged coastline: See towering sea cliffs, caves, dolphins, seals, sea birds, and seasonal whale migrations.
