Just 400 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach, Mantra Towers of Chevron offers a private sanctuary of sandy beaches, swimming pools and tropical gardens overlooking the ocean. Facilities include a private movie theatre and a fitness centre. Located across 3 majestic towers rising high above Surfers Paradise, the buildings are linked by the fifth floor’s huge pool and leisure area, which is surrounded by private gardens and entertainment areas. Each apartment is decorated in a modern style with spacious open-plan living areas. Your fully equipped kitchen includes marble work surfaces. Many apartments have views of the Pacific Ocean or the Gold Coast hinterland. The health club features an indoor heated pool, outdoor lap pool and a spa pool, while the fitness centre boasts a sauna. The complex includes its own shopping and dining precinct, including a supermarket on the ground floor. Indoor spa and pool will be closed from 9 Feb 2024 for approximately 6 weeks due to construction starting on 12 February 2024. The project is expected to last 4 weeks, with additional days for draining, refilling, and heating the pool. The pool is set to reopen on 16 March 2024. During the closure, the lagoon pool and level 2 pool will remain open, although they are not heated. The gym will also remain open throughout.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that reception hours are 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. Please note parking at the property is subject to availability. A damage deposit of AUD 200 per 1 Bedroom, AUD 300 per 2 Bedroom, AUD 500 per 3 Bedroom and Sub Penthouse and AUD 1000 per Superior Sub Penthouse is required on arrival.
