Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the CBD with a 180 degree view encompassing Magnetic Island, the Marina, Ross Creek and Cape Cleveland. With secure undercover parking it's been recently renovated with new split-system air conditioners, carpet and furniture. It's central location provides easy walking access to cafes, bars, restaurants, The Ville (Casino), The Strand, Castle Hill Lookout and Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
We do not live in Townsville but sometimes we wish we did especially during Melbourne’s winter. Townsville is warm all year round. We are just a phone call away for the duration of your stay.
This apartment is walking distance to shops, bars, cafes, breweries and city lane restaurants as well as gourmet shops. Cotters Market is held a short walk away through City Arcade every Sunday from 8am to 1pm. Its central location provides walking access to Magnetic Island Ferry, The Ville (Casino), The Strand, Castle Hill Lookout and Queensland Country Bank Stadium (Cowboys Rugby). Bus stops are just a shop walk or for as little as a few dollars an uber ride can get you anywhere central. There are scooters parked just outside the apartment for those you dare to ride them. Otherwise enjoy the pool and the views and just relax. Secure car parking is also available.
