Welcome to Tranquillum @ Huntlee! Compact, contemporary & cozy. Minutes to Hunter Valley wineries, eateries, Huntlee Shopping Centre , Huntlee Tavern, McDonalds, KFC, Bottle shop, carwash. Large kids playground in estate with many parklands scattered around. Key features: -60m2 internal floor area -2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry, full kitchen, 4-seater dining, cozy living, outdoor room. -Ducted AC (heating & cooling) -1 lockup garage, 1 driveway space. -Separate entry gate.
