This comfortable 2 bedroom unit has been recently updated and provides all the modern conveniences of home. With unmatched views over the golf course,extending out over the ocean and a full view of Montague Island. Sit back and relax on your own patio and enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the whales swim by. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 people with the added convenience of a second bathroom. A ground floor with level access from the front that would suit people with mobility issues. Only a few minutes' walk to Main Surf Beach where you can grab a coffee from the Surfbeach Cafe.
